Comprehensive Anesthesia Care
OFFICE ANESTHESIA
At Ideal Anesthesia Services, We specialize in office anesthesia.
Our CRNA's can deliver MAC (IV Sedation), General or Regional Anesthesia.
Anesthesia will be provided by a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), that is appropriately licensed and certified.
The day before the scheduled procedure, the patient will be contacted by the CRNA.
At this time a pre-anesthesia interview will be conducted. An explanation of the anesthetic and NPO instructions will be given.
On the day of the procedure, the CRNA will arrive about 30 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled cases.
We will start an I.V., monitor EKG, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, end-tidal CO2 (for General Anesthesia) and temperature. The method of administering anesthesia will be titrated for an optimal surgical environment. The patient will be monitored for at least 10 minutes after the procedure in the OR, until ready for transfer to phase II recovery in your recovery area. The CRNA will be immediately available to care for the patient until the patient is ready for discharge. The CRNA will place a follow-up phone call after the procedure.
You will have an anesthesia consent, pre-op evaluation, anesthesia record, post-op note and post anesthesia follow-up for the patient's chart.
At Ideal Anesthesia Services, P.C., we follow current recommendations for Office-Based Anesthesia and continuously strive to provide current, competent and cost-effective anesthesia care.
We have the ability to provide anesthesia equipment and supplies, or we can utilize your equipment and supplies and adjust the rates accordingly. Ideal Anesthesia Services will directly bill the patients insurance for covered cases, or bill the either the patient or the surgeon for cash cases as you desire.
